Instructions for Presenters
Platform Presentations
Each oral presentation is limited to 15 minutes, including time for questions and should be accompanied by PowerPoint visuals. No other visual equipment will be provided. The projectors will be using widescreen 16:9 aspect ratios. The default aspect ratio for PowerPoint 2013 and 2016 is 16:9 widescreen. There will be a presentation preview/speaker ready room. On the day before presenting, each speaker must visit the speaker ready room to load and test his or her PowerPoint file on the conference computer system.

Poster Presentations
The size of a poster CANNOT exceed 44" wide by 45" tall. There are two poster sessions during which authors will present their posters according to the scheduled sessions and will be available for discussions. Posters are available for viewing throughout the conference until Thursday at 3:30 pm.
