Travel Grants

The Travel Grant program is now CLOSED.

Students Studying in the U.S.

A limited number of $500 student travel grants are available.
If you receive a student travel grant, a check will be awarded to you when you arrive in Portland.

Applications must be received by June 30, 2022.

Applicants must be an author or co-author on an accepted abstract to be eligible. Applicant must be an undergraduate or graduate student studying at an Institution in the U.S. at the time of the conference. Preference is given to Ph.D. students and those attending the entire week.

NOTE: If you are receiving a travel grant THIS YEAR in conjunction with a special symposium, you are not eligible for a general travel grant.

Students Studying in the Americas Outside of the U.S.

A limited number of student travel grants are available. Students studying in Canada will receive $500 and students studying in all other countries in the Americas outside of the U.S. and Canada will receive $1000.
If you receive a student travel grant, an ACH/wire transfer will be awarded to you when you arrive in Raleigh.

Applications must be received by June 30, 2022.

Applicants must be an author or co-author on an accepted abstract to be eligible. Applicant must be an undergraduate or graduate student studying at an Institution in the Americas outside of the U.S. at the time of the conference. International Professionals in the Americas Outside of the U.S.

A limited number of $1500 travel grants are available.

The goal of the travel grant program is to stimulate new aerosol research and collaborations by providing funding to International Professionals in the Americas outside of the U.S. and Canada that have not had the resources to attend an AAAR meeting in recent years.

If you receive a travel grant, an ACH/Wire Transfer will be awarded to you when you arrive in Raleigh.

Applications must be received by June 30, 2022.

Applicants must be a professional scientist, engineer, or researcher working in aerosol science in the Americas outside of the U.S. and Canada. Please submit a 1 page CV with this completed application form.
