Meeting Health Policy
The AAAR Board of Directors has approved the following health policy for the 41st Annual Conference (October 2-6, 2023) in Portland, Oregon. We are monitoring the situation closely and may adjust this policy if new COVID strains or rising rates warrant it.
Masks
- The use of masks is strongly encouraged in all indoor public settings.
Vaccinations
- Vaccination is strongly encouraged. However, we are not requiring proof of vaccination for attendance at the conference.
Other Considerations
- Please take a rapid covid test before arriving at the conference. If it is positive, stay home. You do not need to show us your test result.
- If you do not feel well or show any symptoms of COVID-19 during the conference, please wear a mask, test as soon as possible, and consider isolating until you are clear on your COVID status.
