PLEASE NOTE:
AAAR has reserved a block of sleeping rooms at the Hyatt Regency Minneapolis at a special conference rate of $199/per night plus applicable taxes. Please be advised that the block of government-rated rooms is filled, and the Hyatt Regency Minneapolis is unable to offer additional government-rated sleeping rooms.
Securing hotel rooms well in advance for the annual conference this year is very important, as there is a city-wide convention in Minneapolis over the AAAR dates. The city-wide convention (unrelated to the AAAR conference) has booked the majority of rooms in the Minneapolis downtown core, and sleeping rooms will be very scarce the closer we get to the conference.
The AAAR block is currently at 50% of pick-up. Please reserve your room early to ensure that you are at the Hyatt. The hotel most certainly will be sold out prior to the cut-off date of September 16, 2012.
