Pre-Registration for the 24th Annual AAAR Conference is now closed.

You may register onsite for the meeting. To make your registration experience faster and smoother, please print out the registration form and have it filled out when you arrive at the meeting. The Onsite Registration counter will be located on the 6th floor of the Hilton Austin in the Grand Ballroom Foyer during the following hours:

Sunday, October 16: 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Monday, October 17: 7:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Tuesday, October 18: 7:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Wednesday, October 19: 7:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Thursday, October 20: 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Friday, October 21: 7:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
